Fishing in Bangladesh

Bangladesh being a first line littoral state of the Indian Ocean has a very good source of marine resources in the Bay of Bengal. The country has an exclusive economic zone of 41,000 square miles (110,000 km2), which is 73% of the country's land area. On the other hand, Bangladesh is a small and developing country overloaded with almost unbearable pressure of human population. In the past, people of Bangladesh were mostly dependent upon land-based proteins. But, the continuous process of industrialisation and urbanisation consumes the limited land area. Now there is no other way than to harvest the vast under water protein from the Bay of Bengal, which can meet the country's demand.

Train Journey

A journey is pleasant to all. A journey by train is especially very pleasant and enjoyable to me. A few days ago I made a journey by train from Dhaka to Chittagong. During the last vacation one of my friends requested me to attend his sister’s marriage ceremony at Chittagong. So I got a chance to make a journey by train. I accepted this invitation gladly. Two other friends joined with me. On the fixed day we reached Kamalapur Railway Station at 07:00 A.M. The station was very crowded. Somehow we managed to buy our tickets. With great difficulty we got into the train. Fortunately I got my seat beside the window. After a few minutes the guard blew the whistle and the train began to move on. At first the train moved on slowly. There it began to run in full speed.

Cut rice in Bangladesh

Agriculture is the largest employment sector in Bangladesh. The performance of this sector has an overwhelming impact on major macroeconomic objectives like employment generation, poverty alleviation, human resources development, food security etc.

Agriculture in Bangladesh

A plurality of Bangladeshis earn their living from agriculture. Although rice and jute are the primary crops, wheat is assuming greater importance. Tea is grown in the northeast. Because of Bangladesh's fertile soil and normally ample water supply, rice can be grown and harvested three times a year in many areas. Due to a number of factors, Bangladesh's labour-intensive agriculture has achieved steady increases in food grain production despite the often unfavorable weather conditions.

The national flag of Bangladesh

The national flag of Bangladesh (Bengali: বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় পতাকা pronounced [baŋlad̪eʃer dʒat̪ie̯o pɔt̪aka]) was adopted officially on 17 January 1972. It consists of a red disc on top of a green field, offset slightly toward the hoist so that it appears centred when the flag is flying. The red disc represents the sun rising over Bengal, and also the blood of those who died for the independence of Bangladesh. The green field stands for the lushness of the land of Bangladesh.
The flag is based on a similar flag used during the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971, which had a yellow map of the country inside the red disc. In 1972 this map was removed from the flag. One reason given was the difficulty for rendering the map correctly on both sides of the flag.[1] The civil ensign and naval ensign place it in the canton of a red or white field, respectively.

1971 war of Bangladesh

The people of Bangladesh discovered their identity through  the Language Movement in 1952. The struggle to establish their  identity and national spirit began soon after 1947 when they realized that  under Pakistan created on the  two nation theory they was little scope for the distance culture of Banglees to flourish . The  refusal of the central government to  grant status  to  Bangla language became the focal point of struggle, because language was the most  important  vehicle of the  cultural expression of the people of this land.

Cat Suck Milk

Cats
Cats are obligate carnivores, and do not do well on vegetarian diets. Felines in the wild usually hunt smaller mammals to keep themselves nourished. Many cats find and chew small quantities of long grass but this is not for its nutritional value per se. The eating of grass seems to stem from feline ancestry and has nothing to do with dietary requirements. It is believed that feline ancestors instead ate grass for the purging of intestinal parasites.

Cucumber vegetable

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus) is a generally developed plant in the gourd family, Cucurbitaceae. It is a crawling vine that bears cucumiform organic products that are utilized as vegetables. There are three primary assortments of cucumber: cutting, pickling, and seedless. Inside these assortments, a few cultivars have been made. In North America, the expression "wild cucumber" alludes to plants in the genera Echinocystis and Marah, yet these are not firmly related. The cucumber is initially from South Asia, yet now develops on generally landmasses. A wide range of sorts of cucumber are exchanged on the worldwide market.

Animals

Zoos are for entertaining people. The people who own zoos say that they are also for ‘conservation’. What they mean is that zoos help to stop wild animals dying out in the wild. The trouble is that often zoos do not help in conservation. If fact some people say that they make things worse.
One reason why zoos make things worse for wild animals is because they are being used in zoos for our entertainment. This means that we are more likely to regard animals as creatures to entertain us. If we have that idea in our heads it is more likely that animals will die out in the wild. This is because it encourages people to use animals rather than to respect them for what they are and to let them live their lives naturally in places were they are meant to live.

Flowers

Flower is a modified shoot with condensed axis called thalamus and appendages called floral organs. Stamens (microsporophylls) and carpels (megasporophylls) represent the essential parts of a flower. Thus flower is a shoot bearing sporophyll. Flowering plants have successfully colonised land by reducing the water dependent gametophytic generation to the point where it is entirely protected within the sporophytic generation.
